IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Time or Mileage -- whichever is greater, shall apply.
Airport & Local Transfers are based on originating from Los Angeles and three (3) hours maximum, (including waiting time) with no in-between stops. Service between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM will be charged the 5 hour minimum rate.
All taxes, driver gratuity, driver accommodations, extraordinary fees, bridge tolls, parking, entrance fees, and any costs from delays beyond the carrier's control will be additional. SES is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, authority of law, adverse weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical breakdowns or any condition beyond its control.
A cancellation fee of $200.00 per coach will be required for confirmed service canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the start of service. All service canceled on the day of service will be charged the 5 hour minimum rate. Additional hour charges will be billed in intervals to the next half (1/2) hour.
A refundable clean up deposit is required when food and/or beverages are consumed on board.
A maximum of 10 hours driving time in a 15 hour duty period is allowable. All P.U.C., D.O.T., I.C.C. regulations shall apply.
All equipment is fully insured and licensed to operate under the regulations of the California P.U.C. and/or I.C.C. Authority.
All equipment (37-passenger and above) are Deluxe Motorcoaches, with air-conditioning, reclining seats, restrooms and public address systems. Restrooms on 25-36 passenger equipment may be available. Additional optional accessories are available upon request.
Service is available locally, intra-state or inter-state. Service is limited to 14 hours of total service or 400 miles, whichever is greater.
